This page displays the DNA methylation levels and their dynamics during 3T3-L1 adipogenesis, as determined by bisulfite sequencing. Differential methylation analysis was performed using the DSS package from Bioconductor. Both Differential Methylated Position (DMP) and Differential Methylated Region (DMR) analysis results are provided.
Users can specify a gene or a genomic region to browse the methylation profiles of surrounding CpG sites. When a gene is specified, the region spanning TSS-2Kb to TSS+1Kb will be displayed.
The complete differential methylation test results for all CpG sites (raw output from the DSS package) as well as the significantly differential methylation results filtered by a user-defined p-value are available for download.
Please note that the dataset GSE186340 does not contain biological replicates. Consequently, its results are for reference only and should be restricted to exploratory analyses; any biological conclusions derived from it should be interpreted with caution.
